Ritz Crackers, about 40
2 cubes butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
Place crackers on a foil lined large cookie sheet ( you can spray with Pam also). Put butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Pour over crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. After you take it out of the oven, pour the chocolate chips over the crackers. When the chips melt, make sure the chocolate is spread to all the edges. Place in the freezer until chocolate is hard. Break up or cut into cookie size pieces. These are addicting!!
