Ingredients:
1 med can pineapple tidbits, Drain and chop fine in blender (crushed pineapple is the poorest quality and toughest)
Small can orange juice concentrate
3 cups sugar
3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 qt milk
1 pint cream
1 pint half & half
1/2 tsp salt
Freeze in an ice cream maker
